While the bottle is water-resistant, it is not designed to be submerged completely or to withstand rough handling. Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.

For hygienic reasons, smart water bottles can only be returned if they are unused and the seal or packaging has not been broken .
Once the bottle has been used, emptied, or the packaging has been opened, the right to return it expires.
🚰 Faucet filters
Faucet filters can be returned within 14 days .
The filter element itself does not need to be returned if it has been used or has become wet, as it cannot be reused for hygienic reasons.
Returns will then be processed based on the device or filter housing.
